Letting Go…

Until you let go of all the toxic people in your life. You will never be able to grow into your fullest potential. Let them go so you can GROW. –Unknown

Good evening lovelies,

Haven’t been on in a while but tonight I’m going to talk with y’all about something that has really been resonating with me. It’s time to “let go.” Let go of the past, let go of the what if’s and really letting go of the toxic people in your circle. It doesn’t matter if they are family or not, in 2019 it is time to leave these people in the past!!

Letting go of people seems to be the hardest thing to do. We constantly make excuses for them. “Oh that’s my cousin.” “They’ve always acted like this.” “It will be over with soon.”

NO! NO, NO, NO! It is time to stop looking past these things and letting “them” think that what they are doing is okay because you will always be forgiving.

When you let go of toxic relationships, you will grow by leaps and bounds. You are not the same person you once were. You will be smarter about who you let into you life, who you trust with your heart and be all around better at judging people’s true characters.

You will also, know your self worth! You will be free from the abuse that person caused you and be able to see what a wonderful human being that you are by rebounding and becoming stronger than you ever imagined.

It is time to identify who the toxic people are in our lives and LET THEM GO!

Some traits that you will see in toxic people are:

• people who gravitate toward the drama

• people who only care about themselves and their best interest

• constant lying

• the need to always be right

• never follow the rule “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all!”

• and the people who is ALWAYS the victim.

How to let go of the toxic people in our lives.

Moving on is always easier said than done, but it is necessary for us to continue to grow. Knowing your worth will make it a lot easier to walk away from the toxic relationships you are in.

Understand that it is okay to walk away. You have plenty of people here for you who are cheering you on or always having your back. Letting go may come with guilt, anger and disappointment but know that it is okay and these feelings teach us the most about ourselves that we want.

Keep on shining loves,

You are worth it.

With love,

Erin & Jax
